Useful art.

KARL is a very creative person,so again he asked me to write about something interesting this time aboutf Art :) Yesterday, we visited Shakespeare's famous Globe Theatre, however it was my third time there ,so I didn't actually find anything new. Then we went to Tate Modern Gallery, it was also my third time there, so I spent the whole visit in Tate restaurant, which I found very interesting. It was actually the most interesting point of our's yesterday's excursion. That's all about it. Does art play an important role in my life? I think yes. Now I have to explain why I decided to upload this streange image. For me this is what I think about art. It is always useful. I know that my outfit is very weird, however in my short life I used to play a transvestite in a very unusal sketch. I think that it is all from me. JJ

Future...

So, I still don't know what to write about, but I'll try to use my imagination. I think that I would like to stay in Poland after going somewhere abroad for the university. I really don't want to write about future cities or cars ,because I think that 90 % of people who sit in this clasroom write about it. But I'm actually too lazy to write about my future life, but unfortunately I have to write about something and the problem is that I don't know about what. Hmm let me think, I'll try to write something about my guture life. I would like to have a family I mean wife and children, but not now, maybe in future. I haven't chosen yet any job which I'd like to do, but I'm sure that I will do what I love. Jan

My Idol.

Ok, so My Idol's name is Eric Marienthal. He is a saxophone player. I think that in ''about me'' I have mentioned that I play the saxophone and I love saxophone music. Eric Marienthal is a Los Angeles-based contemporary saxophonist best known for his work in the jazz, smooth jazz and pop genres. He gives a lot of concerts each year. During every concert he has a contact with the audience, but that is not all about him. He Eric has also written 3 instructional books, "Comprehensive Jazz Studies & Exercises", "The Ultimate Jazz Play Along" and "The Music Of Eric Marienthal" as well as 3 instructional videos, "Play Sax From Day One", "Modern Sax" and "Tricks Of The Trade", all published by Warner Brothers Publications, which is now Belwin Jazz. I have them all, and I can really recommend these books and videos for every sax player, beacuse it is great practise, and you can even play with him! He is giving a lot of advises how to play each phrase and how to improvise. So I guess it's all for now. Jan.

First post.

So this is my first post at this blog. I arrived on Saturday. As I wrote in ''about me'' this is my second time at QW. I really like the atmosphere here, however in my opinion there is something wrong about the food here, because I have had a stomachache for 2 days, actually my friends too. I'm here to improve my English, and I think that it is the only reason I'm here. Well, the lesson will finish soon, so I have to finish. Jan.
